Secretary (Dave Touma) called for a vote to NOT read minutes and APPROVE them since they are available online. Vote was carried unanimously.
Reports
Treasurer (Tim Weddle) sent the treasury report to the officers, but it was not disseminated to the club as we are trying to figure out the situation with Michael Kenney. Membership is up and club insurance is active as of February 2024.
Unfinished business
1. Dues – members and new members paid cash to Jack via Venmo. The money was deposited to the new temporary account opened by Jack. Some members paid dues to Michael Kenney (MK) (when he was treasurer) but have not received a refund, per MK’s email to President Jack Buttress.
2. Club Officers Responsibility – new officers will define responsibilities at a later date. However, officers have been meeting virtually every week with the exception of the week prior to the monthly meeting.

MK closed the account he was entrusted with and took the clubs money. Secretary called for a vote to press charges for embezzlement and was upheld unanimously. President is currently working on gathering evidence in order to press charges.
