Load up the Millennium Falcon – We’re taking Big Brew Day on the road. National Big Brew Day is the group homebrew event of the year! Half Batch Brewing will provide the wort, then you provide the fire and imagination . You will set up your brewing equipment in the beer garden just outside the brewery to boil and finish a one of a kind brew.
Half Batch will provide each member up to 12 gallons of a base wort to finish anyway you like. They do the mash you do the rest. This allows for a shortened brew day with a perfectly mashed wort.
