Bosco's Pro-Am 2010

Once again, Boscos Nashville Brewing company is going to host a Pro Am competition for the Music City Brewers. This will be held on Saturday, June 5th. Entries will be accepted up until June 4th. Entry fee is $10/entry. The winner of the Pro Am will get $400 from the club to help with your expenses for the GABF. Boscos pays for the ingredients to brew your beer on their system and also pays for the beer’s entry into the Pro AM. Boscos also pays for your entry into the GABF. Basically, any style beer can be entered but you need to remember the limitation of alcohol on beers brewed in TN. Also, Boscos will not be using exotic ingredients so try and keep the recipes fairly simple. Boscos would like the winner to be a brew that stands out from the crowd. To enter in the Pro Am you must be a member of MCB in good standing. Also, you must be a member of the AHA in order for your beer to be entered in the Pro Am at the GABF. Rules and Regulations can be found on the AHA website. This is a great opportunity. Lets get to brewing.
